Flowfront recognizes that its most important resource is its employees. We are committed to the training and development of our entire workforce in order for them to reach their full potential. This will help our organisation to achieve its aims and objectives and produce a skilled, qualified and efficient team.

The individual training needs will be identified through:-

*A training needs analysis.
*An annual perfomance appraisal.
*Requests from employees

All internal training provided by the company will be at no cost to the employee .External courses or qualifications may be part-funded by the company depending upon the nature of the training.

Employees are responsible for their own development accordingly will be encouraged to ask for training when they perceive the need.

Feedback will be gathered from all training processes and used to assess and improve future training.
