Flowfront are working alongside the GoWales organisation in tackling youth unemployment in the UK . Ieuan Nicholls who is a graduate from Bangor University has been working with Flowfront for the last three months. 

Ieuan has been updating Flowfront’s recruitment database, aiding our Marketing Executive, Donna McDonald with marketing campaigns and has participated in the construction industry’s recruitment process.

Ieuan's next task will be to implement a new text messaging system. The system will send text messages out to job seekers advertising vacancies and to our workforce informing them of important information. This will improve communication between Flowfront, its workforce and jobseekers.

Ieuan has become a valued member of the Flowfront team and enjoys working with the rest of the team who have created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Thanks to Sam Forde and GoWales Ieuan has learnt a lot about both the recruitment industry and the construction industry.
