Our employment policies are first class and our recruitment procedures ensure that, each person recruited is carefully interviewed, references taken, certificates checked by us, CRB checks made (where necessary), communication skills are ascertained and verification procedures are checked at an executive level. In short the candidate is suitably qualified and competent.
Regular meetings with all employees ensure that their health & welfare is ensured and that they are able to directly provide useful feedback and participate in matters affecting them. Drug & alcohol testing, both random and for cause, where appropriate ensures that we create and sustain a safe work environment. All our employees have direct access to an executive, at all times, in order to quickly settle any concerns.
